When we expressed our dissatisfaction, we received the response that there's nothing we can do, that's all we can do. We expressed our dissatisfaction and are currently trying to get an appointment but haven't received a response. Instead of fitting them individually, they fitted my aunt's teeth in groups of four or six. They look exactly like my grandmother's dentures. We are very dissatisfied and hope this injustice is rectified as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will continue to leave negative reviews everywhere. We should have realized this from them closing the comments on Instagram. I hope no one else makes this mistake.

From the first examination, the process is explained in detail to our patients, and all treatment stages are managed in cooperation with our patients. During the fittings, the medical requirements regarding prosthesis planning are explained to our patients, and pre-production plastic copies are presented to the patient for approval in the mouth. Production is carried out according to the patient's wishes and the approved form. The final prosthesis is tried again in the mouth and presented to the patients for approval again before polishing. In short, our patients are interactively involved in the process during these fittings. During all trials, our physicians and laboratory team work collaboratively at a high level, evaluating technical aspects and aesthetics while also considering our patients' opinions. All treatments performed at our clinic are done with the prior knowledge and consent of our patients. As a clinic, the success and quality of treatment are, of course, our priority. All the staff are very competent and knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry. I would highly recommend Dent Glow to anybody needing dental work to be undertaken in Turkey.

I contacted someone named İrem via WhatsApp, but her service was terrible. I wanted to get dental implants, but she only responded 4-5 hours later or didn't even bother to reply.
