mainly because they send text messages asking if I will show up for the appointment, but they do not give information about the changed price list, they literally make a business out of patients... Not to mention the fluctuation of dentists, because a different dentist treated me after each one, forcing 2 x-rays for the preventive check and when I refused the second x-ray (2 are totally unnecessary, if the dentist is good in the field) the subsequent rather lukewarm approach - they quickly looked in my mouth and in a few seconds they made the result of the check, they do not check the soft tissues, tongue, palate, jawbones, or palpation as part of the preventive check - not once in the long time that I have thrown a lot of money there for nothing, 2 of my teeth were badly sealed (what they did to me at Dent last year and the year before last), which I only found out from a finally excellent new dentist (also in terms of price - he doesn't rip patients off like the Dent.sk clinic), because he told me that it's not possible after such a short time that I would have a cavity under a well-done filling - I didn't have a filling done all the way to the gum, and this is how Dent makes money on people who don't do quality work - a layman wouldn't recognize it at first glance, so that they can make more money from a person soon. You also need to be careful with receipts - my friend also stopped going to Dent because she found out that she had been charged for a smaller item more than once, or the prices did not match what they used to be on the website, and when she complained, they suddenly raised the prices, but she took a photo of the original price list... So that's about it for my experiences at Dent.sk and I will definitely not return to this clinic and I will not recommend anyone there and if someone asks me, I will tell you my experiences. You have to be really careful about several things there and my trust in them has ended at the freezing point. Answer to your statement: As far as I know from other very good dentists, yes, it is good to take both pictures when entering and then only from time to time and not to force it. During the annual dental check-up, a bitewing picture and a thorough check-up are enough, not the kind that takes 2 minutes to look in your mouth without checking the rest of the things that the check-up should contain. I have never experienced what I mentioned above with you, and I write this with a clear conscience. Among other things, I also had poor-quality fillings from you, which caused cavities to develop there again and I haven't had them done in a long time and I take good care of my teeth! My current dentist himself assessed that they were not done well and that I should have had peace for several years and not after a year or two, so that I would have problems with it again! And as for those payments, my friend mentioned them to me - I wrote about her, not about myself, she complained to you, and rightfully so, because despite the fact that you increased the price list after her complaint, she managed to take a photo of the original one... And just one "little thing" - when I had my last dental hygiene at your place for €95, I was told that it wasn't really necessary because I had little tartar and it had been highly recommended to me before, which is quite contradictory. You talk about a lot of good reviews, no one takes them from you, I read not only those but also those where dissatisfaction was expressed and it's quite similar to what I have experienced with you, so obviously there must be something to it...

X-rays - including bitewing and OPG images - are an essential part of proper diagnostics, especially when detecting cavities in the interdental spaces that cannot be visually assessed. We always only recommend, we never force the patient to have an X-ray examination. In some cases, bitewing images are indicated more often than once a year. The price of dental hygiene has not been increased since 01.12.2019. We issue a cash receipt to each patient, ensuring transparency and accuracy of billing. If you have noticed any ambiguities or discrepancies in the payment, please contact us through the official complaints procedure. Every year a different doctor, I had to have 2 teeth repaired elsewhere and one pulled out. When they tell you to contact them with a complaint, they won't solve anything. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the treatment at our clinic. We realize that not every patient will be able to save a painful tooth, especially when it comes at a later stage of decay. A tooth cannot be repaired like a broken-down car. A tooth can only be filled if the decay is not too deep, or the canals in which there was once a living nerve can be numbed and treated. How a person's immune system reacts to a numb tooth and a treated dental canal is individual and not every effort to save a tooth is successful.
Very helpful staff, mr.mudr.Javorčeková is excellent, my wife and I are very, very satisfied. I had 7 teeth extracted, an excellent surgeon did it for me, no pain, everything was done in 20 minutes. A very big THANK YOU
