Arranged a trip to Medan for mummy to have her teeth salvage instead of extracting as recommended by her dentist in Kuala Lumpur. Due to age process, dentist will recommend extraction. real ones. Her confidence in her smiles clearly says it all for mummy. Clinic environment, has a very calm ambience. Neat and tidy. Patients do not feel nervous especially the ones with phobia on dentistโs chair. His staff were very pleasant and friendly, having lots of patience. Everyday their uniform changes. Pleasing to the eye. This dental is very customer oriented, located with good security. All consultations are by appointments, therefore staff knows the patients personally. Waiting time at clinic are calculated. Dr Dennis and his teamโs expertise comes highly recommended, dedicated and refined is what reassures every patients concern and welfare.

Dr. Dennis is a very nice and helpful doctor who provided the best solution for my dental problem. And a big thank you to the doctor who helped me. I found Dr. Dennis's clinic on Google Maps. I called, and the person who answered the phone was very friendly. Upon arrival, I was treated very well, and my waiting time was made as comfortable as possible. Dr. Dennis himself was also very friendly, and his equipment was complete, clean, and tidy. ght me to Dr. Denis, Sp.KG. The price is commensurate with the thoroughness, comprehensive facilities, and the desired end result. The root canal treatment uses a microscope to ensure all bacterial colonies are cleared and the root canal treatment is complete. Each procedure is confirmed with x-rays readily available at Denis Dental Clinic. On my second visit, I had three x-rays to ensure everything was done correctly. This can be seen in the before and after x-rays. Before treatment, the root canals were filled only like hairs. After treatment, they were completely filled. May all of our teeth always be healthy. Hopefully, Dr. Dennis and his family are always healthy and successful

Advice: the female doctor should be friendlier, don't be in a hurry, you should check the patient's complaints more carefully, my friend should just wait for Doctor Dennis, but I'm out of town, even though my teeth have to be patched, I'm a bit disappointed that the female doctor is less friendly, less thorough, in a hurry and bitchy. (wrong tooth filling)
