How did my braces make my teeth even more crooked? I went to get braces to fix my teeth, but the dentist took off the braces even though my teeth weren't aligned yet. The dentist talked to me the whole time I was changing the rubber bands. That's enough. I'm going to pay for braces again. I'm tired of this.
I don't know how many times they've changed staff, but the staff this time are terrible. I wonder if they've even trained the new employees. I understand you're trying to explain, but your tone is so emotional. It's good that I don't recommend this place to others. With service like this, I feel sorry for the clinic owner. She just started, and she's already so arrogant.
No matter how many times I've been here, the wait is never less than an hour. My appointment was at 12:40, I arrived at 12:24, and didn't get to see the doctor until 1:40 PM. Never a single time has been less than an hour. Some people don't even have time to sit and wait that long. And the results aren't even that great. This is the second time I've switched doctors.

The orthodontist is okay, but the dentist who did the tartar removal was very aggressive and scraped hard – it was so satisfying! 555555 I'd like to suggest adding more trendy colors for the orthodontic rubber bands, like the popular two-tone colors everyone else is using.
