From the moment you step out at the airport, there is a limousine that pick you up. Take you to the hotel and comfort you from a long 13 hr flight from NYC. The next morning I was being picked up and taken to the DCI dental clinic Where I was greeted and welcomed by the staff. For my brother and I, we had Assigned coordinator her name is Eda as she Assisted us step-by-step during our one week stay. What I liked about it was that everything was so organized from the moment you got picked up at the hotel to the time you spend at the clinic etc was all provided by the clinic. While spending little time every day during my dental procedure, I realized all the patience were from all over the world, that made me fill good. My brother had a full implants and I only need it Partial implants. After the dental work for a week, the healing process was great when I got back to NYC. After four and a half month later I went back for the second visit. Dr Esra was my doctor and I can only say nothing but great things about her as a doctor. She is very good listener And make sure that you are happy with the new teeth. Besides the implants, I decided to have crown zirconium crowns in my existing teeth. the transfer; our driver wasn't on time, wasn't where he was supposed to be, and didn't even say hello. There were already other people in our "private transfer," which didn't exactly make it private. But okay, it wasn't the end of the world, that's just how it is. But then it got worse. We arrived, and nobody spoke German (even though they advertised that there were so many German-speaking colleagues). We were rather coldly sent to the waiting area. Eventually, a colleague arrived who spoke German relatively well. However, they were completely cold, with no questions about how we were doing, whether we arrived safely, etc. It was just: "Here's your name, here's your signature, here's your name, here's your signature..." Then we went into the treatment room, where they examined me again, and suddenly they insisted I get 20 crowns! Plus 4 root canals. Which, of course, would have almost doubled the price. Then there was a long discussion, and another colleague joined us. She spoke German very well and was the only one who made me feel comfortable in the clinic (unfortunately, I've forgotten her name). We talked for a while longer but basically agreed that we wouldn't do it. In the end, we agreed that I should get braces 😅 So, I definitely wouldn't recommend it. It just felt like a mass-production operation designed to make as much money as possible. Then there was a lot of discussion, and another colleague came along who spoke excellent German and was the only one who made me feel comfortable in the clinic (unfortunately, I've forgotten her name). In conclusion, I can say: Positive: -The appointment in Germany -The communication until we arrived in Turkey -The one really nice colleague whose name I unfortunately can't remember Negative: -Arrival in Turkey -Arrival at the clinic -Communication at the clinic -The friendliness at the clinic -The treatment was practically doubled despite what had been agreed upon (even healthy teeth were to be extracted) I'm just surprised that there are almost only positive reviews here. I cannot recommend this clinic. The work itself may be good (I can't judge that), but the overall experience was definitely not good for me.

report in German or English, as my doctors here don't speak Turkish. Nothing is coming! I contacted my consultant, who referred me to DCI. She contacted the clinic and requested my documents, but so far, all to no avail. Furthermore, I had a sinus lift, and no, I wasn't informed that you shouldn't fly 36 hours after a sinus lift, but rather wait about two weeks. Had I been informed of this, I certainly wouldn't have had the procedure. The German clinic here was more than appalled by this! I reserve the right to take further steps.
I searched for a clinic for almost six months, and this one was a hit! The care was top-notch. A special thank you to the consultant, Poyraz. He was incredibly friendly, honest, and spoke Polish, which gave me a sense of security. I had implants and crowns done and I'm thrilled. The end result is fantastic. I highly recommend him.
