XXL Crown, other one too short. Glue poured all over, very painful, refused to repair anything. Even the color was off.
I come here with my son for orthodontics, I really have to say how nice the approach of the doctor and the nurse is. I really like that they talk to my son and tell him exactly what they are going to do and what to expect. 🙂 Everything is perfectly explained and recommended to us parents. I have to say that I have a very good impression of this clinic, and I am glad that we come here. 🙂
I’ve been going here for two years and I cannot recommend this clinic enough! I’ve been seeing Mr. Adam Slávik for dental hygiene, and I’m super satisfied with his approach and it has massively improved my gum health. Perfect doctors, nurses and an amazing dental hygienist. However, what spoils the overall impression is the reception - especially the young guy who looks like he's there as a punishment.
I made a reservation yesterday for a week later and they called me the next day to say I can come today the doctor was so clear and supportive , in CZECH and ENGLISH very kind and helpful people can recommend them and they do take vzp for some things the price was very affordable especially for the first visit

I am very grateful to Dr. Veronika Orlická – she is very kind, sympathetic and explained everything to me clearly from the first visit. She also showed me photos of her teeth. I have never experienced such an approach and communication with any of my previous doctors. I appreciate it and look forward to my next visit. They are a professional team. They speak Czech and English. I like the treatment plan what is give to you when you go check up the first time.It is totally different dental experience then before.And they explain you the details.

The specialists are great, work very well and this review is not about them. I award DC Manesova 1 star because they force you to pay CZK 1000 (EUR 40) if you can't make it to an appointment. Appointments are set months in advance and while I managed to reschedule previous ones just fine this time I got asked to pay 1000 to reschedule an appointment I could not attend (made at least 3 months…

hs back). This was served in a very unapologetic way, with a "take it leave it" kind of attitude, which is sadly typical. There are dental centers all around without this stupid requirement and also with slightly cheaper prices, DC Manesova is NOT cheap. Having to search for and book a new place is nothing I had in my plan for the week which is why I can't recommend DC Manesova and would advice people to look for alternative options without the insulting CZK 1000 rescheduling fee. EDIT to address the response: - I have canceled before when they send me the reminder mail (1 day before the scheduled visit) and did not have these troubles. To me this means that your reasoning is arbitrary and probably up to a particular employee who wants to apply the little power they have to stress customers. - I had valid reason to not attend, which you failed to ask for or even imply. You referring to me canceling without a reason is disrespectful. You sent me a reminder mail to which I responded I can't make it right away. This has happened before with me being ill and such. Not sure why it was different this time, again guessing what I wrote in the point above. - I agree specialists can be missing on appointments when people cancel but that's quite possible when appointments are made 3-6 months in advance. Yes, I once booked my next visit in 6 months cause that was the earliest possible. You as business should manage your staff and not antagonize customers because of your own management incompetence. Restaurants get reservations canceled, hotels do as well, you are not special as a business to enforce negative reinforcement as a strategy for compliance!

However, frequent last-minute cancellations and no-shows—especially for dental hygiene appointments, which is the only procedure where this cancellation fee applies—have made this policy necessary. Not attending the scheduled appointment or cancelling it lately incurs real costs—specifically reserved time with a specialist that could have been offered to another patient and our goal is to respect the time of both our specialists and patients who are waiting for care. This is why we clearly communicate this policy both on our website and in the registration forms that every patient, including yourself, agrees to when joining our clinic. We also actively try to help patients avoid these situations by sending timely reminders, giving them a chance to cancel or reschedule without any charge. While we understand the situation was upsetting for you, we apply our policies fairly and equally to all patients. We cannot and will not make exceptions based on pressure via rude language and negative reviews threats. We are glad to hear you were satisfied with the work of our specialists. Really great dental hygienists! Very thorough and helpful. 10/10 recommend, especially if you don’t speak Czech.
