I brought my sister here for her clear aligner treatment. The clinic is clean, the wait time is short, and it's conveniently located near Nimmanhaemin, making it very easy to get to.

Personally, I'm getting my clear aligners here. The doctor is very attentive and friendly. My teeth are moving pretty much according to the plan. Importantly, the doctor filled my cavities very quickly; I barely felt anything. I'm extremely impressed!

y problems. I didn't even have time to explain that the infection was in my upper tooth before she suggested removing one of them that same day. Without a full diagnosis, without X-rays, without any explanation or price estimate, and most importantly, without any warning, she injected the anesthetic into my lower gum, directly onto the tooth that had erupted and was perfectly healthy and painless. Everything was done very quickly, without any real discussion. As a result, I had to request a CT scan with a numb mouth all afternoon for nothing. In the end, I treated myself with antibiotics I bought at a pharmacy for 50 baht. I got the impression that the main objective was to charge for an extraction and perhaps other expensive treatments, without any real medical justification or transparency regarding prices or possible alternatives. It was only after I said I was leaving (and I was right to do so) that they tried to sell me medication. The reception staff remained friendly.

Since you did not provide your real name, we assumed you were one of our patients who received treatment around the end of last month. However, the details you described appear inaccurate, possibly due to a misunderstanding. Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to explain. On the day you came for your dental check-up, the first dentist found that you had pain in your upper jaw due to an inflamed wound on the inner gum. This was caused by a lower wisdom tooth that was erupting at an angle and biting down on the upper gum, creating a large wound. Therefore, you were referred to a second dentist, a specialist in analyzing oral pain. She performed an examination and an intraoral X-ray (using an intraoral scanner and digital intraoral X-ray machine, which is why you may not think it was an X-ray). They confirmed that there was no abnormality in any of your upper teeth; the problem was due to the lower wisdom tooth. Then she confirmed the diagnosis and referred you to have the lower wisdom tooth extracted. Both dentists explained the problem and the reason for the extraction, which is a standard procedure we perform before every treatment. Especially tooth extractions, our clinic normally has at least 2 dentists who jointly assess and decide before extracting a patient's tooth. We will always inform you of the reason for tooth extraction and also provide advance notice before any oral procedure. The reason we administer local anesthesia beforehand, is so that while waiting for the patient to become numb, we can perform an extraoral X-ray or CT scan. This is not an unnecessary step, but is done to accurately determine the location of the wisdom tooth and the surrounding structures for maximum safety during extraction or surgery. However, because our dentists only communicates in English and the use of a translation app on that day may have led to miscommunication or misunderstandings, for which we sincerely apologize. Nevertheless, we assure you that our treatment adheres to the highest standards, which has allowed us to care for our patients for many years. We have never performed any treatment without a proper diagnosis or prioritizing financial gain. This has been our core principle for the past 20 years. I can wear them and go about my daily life normally. The clinic scheduled follow-up appointments on time and provided good advice.

The clinic is very clean. The dentist is incredibly kind and gentle. The staff are polite and multilingual. The dentist clearly explained the treatment plan and timeline to the client.
My wisdom tooth was pressing on a nerve, causing a lot of pain. I had it extracted here by a female doctor who was very quick; it was done in no time. The staff were attentive and followed up after the surgery. I was very impressed with this place. From now on, I will only trust this clinic.

time is probably because the hygienist didn’t clean around or below the gum line at all! ): The areas between my teeth were also not thoroughly cleaned, particularly the deeper areas between my molars, leaving stains still visible. I’ll unfortunately need to go in for a proper deep cleaning elsewhere because this was not sufficient for anything but removing surface stains.
