handed out slippers, offered water, and provided very detailed advice. It was this attentive service that made me return to Da Lat, but now the service is terrible. I'm not comparing it to other places, I'm comparing it to your own. Your procedures are gradually changing for the worse. I used to give you 5 stars without you having to beg for them. I think instead of begging, you should focus on providing customer service with sincerity, and you'll get more voluntary 5-star reviews from customers, rather than forcing them to leave reviews like this.

that I had seen my dentist less than a month ago and that I just needed a consultation to clean between the two problematic teeth. She agreed, and when my turn came, she accompanied me to translate. The dentist immediately saw where the problem was. He explained to the receptionist, who was also my translator, that I had a gap between the crown and the gum, that food was trapped there, and that I needed to talk to my dentist about it. I felt quite reassured. The translator told me he would clean all my teeth for 180,000 dong (6 euros). I asked him to only clean the problematic tooth and if he could fill the gap between the tooth and the gum. The translator translated, and then the dentist said my crown was broken and he couldn't do it. Cleaning just between the problematic teeth would cost 80,000 dong (3 euros). I agreed. The dentist cleaned, and I could feel him removing hidden bits of flesh. Then he placed a kind of lever between my teeth, put a clamp on it, and broke off a piece of the crown. I can confirm that this morning I had the beginnings of gingivitis with flesh between two teeth. But by frequently running my tongue over my teeth, I can confirm that nothing was broken. When I left, I no longer had the developing gingivitis, but I had a crown that needed replacing. So, we went from a simple cleaning between two teeth to a mandatory panoramic X-ray, then no longer mandatory, to a cleaning of all my teeth (refused because it wasn't necessary), to a crown that was deliberately broken. I strongly advise against going there; it's a profit center, not a healthcare center.
