take this opportunity to thank Doctor Hassan for his patience and persistence in ensuring that my dental implant was a success this was far from an easy process as the anesthetic was a major problem, however he managed to complete the process and save me an extra visit next year. If you need dental work done then I would highly recommend Crystal Dental. Don't get ripped off in the UK, come here, get the work done for a fraction of the price, have a holiday and explore the wonderful city of Budapest whilst you are here. or Covid-19. We started and finished on time. I never had whitening and/or any tooth removal before and due to unpleasant childhood memories, I had my concerns. Bea was very calming and very professional, she made sure I understood everything before going ahead with the whitening and explained the whole procedure. She provided detailed aftercare tips as well. Before the tooth removal, Dr. Hassan instantly put me at ease being his kind and very attentive self. He is very confident, calm and knows exactly what he is doing, sharing with his patient every detail of the treatment. He was absolutely brilliant in delivering the result in 20 minutes and answering every single question I had with assurance and patience. Based on the stories from friends and family regarding wisdoom tooth removal, I expected excruciating pain, fever, locked jaw, and post-surgery chipmunk cheeks at a minimum, for 3-4 days. To my utter surprise, I had none of them neither yesterday nor today!!! This is the first time in my life when I’ve actually enjoyed going to the dentist. The pricing is competitve; having a pain-free next day is priceless! Highly recommended for people who are afraid of dentists!

as empathetic, and discussed my options with me in great detail. Soon after my consultation, I decided to go ahead with the Crown procedure! On the first appointment that week, x-rays and moulds were taken, colour and shape discussed thoroughly (Dr. Hassan knew exactly what would suit my smile and face), and off to the lab it all went! On the second appointment that week, my new teeth had arrived and were ready to go. Before starting the shaving and shaping procedure of my real teeth, Dr. Hassan offered the best pain relief to ensure I was always comfortable for the entire procedure! Then the fitting took place, and my new teeth were perfect the very first go! I'm not going to lie, I cried with happiness to finally have the perfect teeth I've always wanted! For approx. 6-8 weeks, I had mild cold sensitivity which is normal and did go away with time as discussed. Ever since, it has been 8 months, and my teeth are absolutely perfect! which was very easy. I landed in a very reasonable airbnb 18 minutes walk from the clinic, and a beautiful walk at that. I had previously had a telephone consultation with Dr Hassan whom I found tremendously professional, attentive and empathetic. He sent me detailed treatment plans based on a scan I had sent him, and clearly laid out costs with full explanation of the treatment by phone. I booked the appointments and was guided by the clinics wonderful staff by WhatsApp. All the staff at Crystal Dental spoke excellent English, quite beyond my expectations, although I found this quite common in Budapest subsequently. The clinic was spotlessly clean and very efficiently run for a small space. It is very conveniently located. The technical work I had done was extensive. Dr Hassan did a huge amount of work on me over 6 appointments, The technical workmanship was very high quality and one month later I find my mouth and teeth are very comfortable and I have adapted well. Dr Hassan also advised me on health matters and even prescribed me medication for a separate issue. The staff were fantastically helpful and friendly. I actually enjoyed going to the clinic despite the sometimes difficult work I needed. I found the food and water in Budapest to be excellent and my health improved and continues to improve now. I can truthfully say I will return to Crystal Dental for more work in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend the clinic to anyone wanting quality work at reasonable cost.
