When you arrive, they do their own scans to confirm everything, and they are very upfront that treatment plans can change after their in-person evaluation. In our case, everything remained the same. Jessica Mora went over our treatment plans very thoroughly and in detail. She has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and assists with anything you need. She even made some great restaurant recommendations nearby. Anytime I email her or the office, I receive a response very quickly. Jessica and the owner, Mike, have both been wonderful to work with. They recommended staying at the Hyatt and handled all of the booking — we simply provided our payment information. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast is amazing, and it’s located in a gated community with lots of restaurants and boutiques nearby. They also offer transportation, but we chose to rent a car so we could venture out and explore other parts of the country. The office itself is spacious and very clean. My doctor was extremely thorough, and I am very satisfied with my results. Brandon at the front desk is always so kind and helpful, which makes the entire experience even better. The entire process felt organized and smooth from start to finish. I’ve had implants and crowns completed over two visits, and my husband has also begun extensive work, including a sinus lift and bone grafting, we will return for the implants and crowns. We are both extremely happy with our results and the level of care we received. I’m already considering additional work in the future and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
Prices for gringos, not for locals. The doctor ended up mocking me, the way I smiled, spoke, and ate. Very unprofessional. I don't recommend it. Mocking and mimicking how I eat, speak, or laugh is completely unprofessional. The service was terrible, with zero empathy. not "sweetheart," "my love," or "darling," I'm a patient and I deserve respect. This person's treatment at the clinic was mocking and ridiculing. From the moment I arrived, I made myself available to the assistants. They took a CT scan without any problem. What I didn't ask for was the mockery and bullying I suffered at the hands of this person who calls herself a dentist. AWFUL. Below, she's posting details of my profile and medical record without my authorization. This confirms the lack of professionalism I'm reporting.
Had 4 crowns replaced. Excellent staff & Professionals. Great communication before, during & after. Drivers & hotel all arranged and on time. Price so much lower than US costs but service JUST AS PROFESSIONAL! We could not be more satisfied. Highly recommend. January 2026

AWFUL - don't waste your time unless you have a lot of money and are prepared to endure humiliation and mocking treatment, and then have it be blamed on you.
We came to Costa Rica Dental as my wife had to have some work done post Chemotherapy…. While here I did a cleaning and had my teeth whitened. Dr Sophia and Carla were very gentle and accommodating…. I got a wonderful cleaning and two shades lighter on whitening…. Highly recommend the team as well as my wife’s Dentist Dr. Jessica…. Incredible experience!! Thank You!!!

half — completely painless! The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and special from the moment you arrive. Everyone speaks fluent English, and they even pick you up and take you back to your hotel, which makes the experience stress-free. It’s been a few days now, and I’ve only felt mild discomfort from the stitches — no real pain at all. I’m still amazed by their professionalism, advanced dental technology, and genuine warmth. Choosing Costa Rica Dental Team for my dental implants was the best decision I’ve made in the last 20 years. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for affordable, high-quality dental care abroad.

This is the best Dental office I have ever been to. The staff is super friendly and professional. The Dental work I received looks better than any work I have ever had done. Don't be fooled by the exterior. This place is definitely worth its five stars. For starters they have a driver come and pick you up from where you are staying. that I would be in tremendous pain for the rest of the day. Amazingly after few hours I had no pain and didn't even need to take any painkillers. Of course the cost was more than half less than what it would cost me in the states. I would highly recommend them
