The reception staff was very friendly. All appointments were kept exactly as planned. The doctor explained everything to me in detail. I highly recommend this clinic. I also think the price-performance ratio is right.

I turned to Dr. Tímea Dorka with a long-standing problem. After discussing all the options and going through all the details, I received a detailed, comprehensive treatment plan. I went to Dr. Kálcsev Melinda for root canal treatment. I was very nervous, but fortunately it turned out in the first minutes that it was completely unfounded! The doctor is characterized by incredible professionalism, calmness, determination and patience. She kept me informed about everything and why she was doing it. Online Consultation: I received a very detailed analysis from the clinic director, Dr. Ovari, after our half-hour appointment, which, in retrospect, was spot on in every respect. He was very kind and polite despite the late hour of our appointment. To be fair, I should mention that I also had a recent X-ray, which was helpful. After the first stage, a small piece of the temporary crown broke off. Dr. Ovari also took care of this. Ovari spontaneously took the time to review the problem via an online appointment. 5/5 stars here as well. 3. Practice Team: They couldn't have been nicer or friendlier. I had previously mentioned that I suffer from extreme anxiety (hence the four general anesthetics I underwent during my 18-day stay), and I was treated accordingly. Whenever I had a question, I received help, and even if I dropped by outside of scheduled appointments, an appointment was always arranged. Everyone speaks excellent German and English, so all organizational questions could be resolved. Invoices and information always arrived on time, sometimes even directly, in my case always by email. Various payment options were available. 4. Doctors' Team: Also, no complaints whatsoever. My attending physician, Dr. Dorka Timea (many thanks again!), was fantastic, always understanding, and highly competent. The two other dentists I saw for minor checkups and once for a temporary crown adjustment also made a very professional impression on me. One recurring criticism here on Google is the age of the dentists. The team of doctors at Cosmo-Dent in Budapest is certainly much younger than what you might be used to at German dental clinics, but that doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing. My three dentists were very young, but I wouldn't have wanted to trade them for anything. 5. Anesthesia Team: My four anesthesia treatments were performed by two different teams, all of whom have been doing their jobs for a very long time and are extremely competent. I had no pain or typical side effects after the treatments, even though the treatments lasted an average of five hours. Everyone was very friendly and empathetic. 6. Value for Money: It really speaks for itself. Including all travel and hotel costs, I saved about 50% compared to the same treatment in Germany; and I had two quotes. So, with 32 teeth treated and 28 crowns, my savings weren't insignificant. 7. Quality & Pain: My final treatment was five weeks ago, and I can say that I haven't experienced any pain since the last procedure. Even with the long-term temporary crown, which I wore for 14 weeks until my second appointment, everything was perfect, except for a brief scare when a tiny piece broke off on the back left. I was able to eat almost normally after three weeks. I just didn't dare eat sticky things. The short-term temporary crowns weren't as comfortable as the long-term one, of course, but they were perfectly adequate for getting through the days. Conclusion: I would recommend Cosmo-Dent and the team without hesitation (and I already have). As soon as I'm back in Budapest, I'll stop by :-)

I regularly go to Cosmodent Dentistry for check-ups and teeth cleanings with Dorka Tímea, who I have met with an extremely friendly, direct and positive personality. I have tried several dentists before, but I have never received such professional and competent care as here. I highly recommend her to everyone.

I have always met incredibly kind and helpful people at the Clinic. The customer service responds quickly and satisfactorily, whether I contact them by email or phone. The doctors and assistants are extremely thorough, explain everything clearly, and pay attention to the individual needs of the patients. I struggle with severe anxiety and panic attacks, but I have always felt safe here.

Then the 8 o'clock appointment came where there was a consultation, and then they said that the dental scaling was at 1 o'clock. They told me to keep myself busy with something. Why couldn't this be announced in advance, there was no mention of this, then when we made an appointment for 8 o'clock. Then they lied to me, saying that the colleague must have told me when I was still a student that this had not happened. I have never experienced anything like this at any dental office. Unfortunately, the colleague did not know her job at all. The willingness to help resolve the problem is also zero.

When you requested an appointment for Friday, the colleague was helpful and tried to find a solution for you, despite the short deadline. That is why she suggested that on Monday morning, after your consultation appointment, we would see the daily processes and, if possible, we could plan the tartar removal. This morning at 9:00, we offered the 1:00 p.m. treatment. We are sorry that this did not suit you, we did not have any free space in the morning hours. I went to Dr. Dorka Tímea this week with my broken tooth and she rebuilt it for me really well. She works very honestly and precisely. I will choose her again next time.

I understand many of the negative reviews here because I had similar doubts, but these two doctors are absolute professionals and do their work more conscientiously than German dentists. Regarding the negative points from other patients: - Temporary crowns during the interim period aren't great, but that's just how it is. In Germany, they're higher quality but five times more expensive. - The lab -> I think they did a very, very good job. My crowns look very natural. - Pain -> Anyone who thinks they can get crowns without pain shouldn't even consider it.

I visited Cosmodent in Budapest in December 2024. I felt very comfortable and well looked after from the very first day. The practice is very clean and hygienic.
