Easy to make appointment, which is exactly on time, no waiting. A real professional office, excellent treatment & friendly bilingual staff. Could not be more satisfied with my treatment today.

Excellent service; booking an appointment was very easy and quick, and the times were respected. I had a teeth whitening and scaling done in two sessions. The treatments were very well done, and the premises are very clean. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

An excellent experience at Coral Dent. The staff was impeccable, very kind and professional. They charge you for everything—x-rays, consultation, everything—separately. With all the dentists I'd been to in Mexico City and Cuernavaca, they gave free checkups and an all-inclusive price for the treatment you needed. Prices ranged from $3800 to $4500 for a root canal on a front tooth, but with these guys, the cost was $9000 plus x-rays and a consultation. Outrageous!

Went to Coral Dental, and the experience was amazing! Everyone was very professional, and Dr. Luis did an excellent job. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Definitely a 10/10 experience! Highly recommend.

and the wife was able to get her treatment started and a treatment plan for it to be completed during our holiday! The cost was very reasonable and cheaper than our UK NHS treatment at a south east London dentist

I contacted Coral Dental for an appointment for teeth cleaning via their website. The receptionist was super efficient in responding to my enquiry and answered all my questions with no problem. Coral dental was the Best! Clean and very attentive to detail. They listen and inform of treatments necessary. Always great response with questions! Bea is a great receptionist , always cheerful and gets back quickly with answers! I am afraid to go to the dentist BUT not anymore, a great experience all around and a wonderful job done! The attention to detail at Coral is unmatched in Playa and in the USA for that matter. The entire experience from the moment you walk into the office is just superior. They take much pride making sure you the client is the only concern they have in the moment. Such a wonderful detail to customer service which has become a lost art.

My husband Rick had root canal, caps and veneers done here and the work was outstanding. Being from Canada they worked very patiently with Green Shield and myself to make sure i was covered and reimbursed. Can"t say enough nice things about the staff, i would highly recommend this place. Rick

My mom’s mouth guard broke that she uses for preventing nighttime grinding whilst we were on vacation near Playa del Carmen. Needless to say we had to find a dental office close to us and able to make a new guard asap. Avoid! After losing a small piece of a previously filled tooth, I thought I'd go and get it recovered to avoid further damage... The dentist thought she hit the jackpot with me! So she reccomended I had to take the old filling out, root canal the tooth and put a crown. root canal)...half of ot was gone after a few days. That and an Xray was €50... In the meantime just back from my own dentist with a perfect tooth. Local dentist said they should be ashamed of what they wanted to do! They're a ripoff! *Answer to response: There is nothing to clarify and I really don't know what you didn't understand (or pretend you didn't understand), everything I say is clear. I DIDN'T have a TEMPORARY filling, my filling is there for 20 years, you put a TEMPORARY filling (like the first filling after a root canal) to cover the piece that had broken off. You wanted to get the old filling out and root canal a tooth that didn't even hurt (and put a crown on it). My dentist here put a ring around the tooth and covered the broken piece with a normal hard filling. Simple, exactly what I wanted and that you wouldn't do. No pain, no anesthesia, no Xray for a fraction of the price that you would ask for and it all happend in a country way more expensive the Mexico. It's not the first time I visit dentists and unfortunatly there are lots of dentists that do root canals that aren't even needed. I know that from...dentists! All about the money.

We regret that you had this perception of the doctor, but it's important to clarify that the doctor never lied since the filling was TEMPORARY, and she was also very clear about the treatment she recommended (root canal and crown). Our clinic is serious, and we have been working here in Playa del Carmen for 20 years with many happy patients who support us and can attest that we genuinely care about their health and not just about money. Have gone for a few dental visits. One was for a filling that fell out they got me fixed up, had a teeth cleaning, and just got an inlay done today. Very friendly staff. They do speak English.

I did not have any actual work done at this location. I was requesting a consultation appointment for serious pain I was experiencing. After multiple attempts by the scheduler, I was unable to find an appointment that work with my work schedule before I was due to fly out in a week. That's fine and not my complaint. What is my complaint is that I simply asked for another office recommendation if…

they were unable to schedule for an appointment that worked and they refused to provide any information on another office that might have an opening. Not happy that they would rather leave a person in pain than give information on another office even if they are competition. Patient first should be the goal, sounds to me based on what happened is they value money more than patient health.
