The service was wonderful, from the WhatsApp interaction to the in-person service. All the staff were attentive, especially Dr. Jully, who was a sweetheart and answered all my questions with great patience and professionalism.

On January 24th, I went to the Copacabana Odonto clinic for a consultation because I was experiencing a lot of pain. Dr. July was very attentive, but according to her, the diagnosis was a cavity between my two molars, as she had seen on the x-ray. professional, Dr. Gabrielle. At the Wednesday appointment, I was seen by Dr. Gabrielle, but she wasn't given any information about my diagnosis, nor any explanation about the consultation I had on Saturday. Dr. Gabrielle made a different diagnosis: I needed a periodontist. After examining me, she diagnosed that the root of my tooth was exposed. She performed a procedure that caused me extreme pain; my face swelled up, and my mouth was badly injured by the instruments. The next day, I was in unbearable pain all over my mouth. I had to rush to see another professional to find out what had actually happened, and the other professional diagnosed a huge infection in my mouth, mainly in the area that had been treated. In short... I'm incurring enormous expenses with medication, antibiotics, ointments, vomiting, and diarrhea, which is preventing me from working. This is my complaint.

On the same day you reported pain, we were willing to treat you, but you sought other care. On the same day we received your message informing us of your infection, we requested that you return to the clinic for further support, but we did not receive a response. We are still available at the clinic, which is open every day of the week. We look forward to seeing you here, as we have been from the beginning!
