physiological characteristics. In short, as a result of improper dental treatment by incompetent doctors, my maxillary sinuses became completely overgrown with polyps. A serious problem arose and an urgent need for surgery! Through good friends in Yerevan, to whom I am extremely grateful, I learned about a highly qualified doctor, Tigran Khachumyan. I went to him for a consultation and received comprehensive and satisfying information. I must say that it was radically different from consultations with other doctors. Although the task was very complex, Dr. Tigran, when planning the surgery, was careful to perform the most effective work with the least amount of intervention and, if possible, preserve as many of my natural teeth as possible. For example, other doctors suggested simply extracting them all. Dr. Khachumyan's approach to me at his clinic was so individual, attentive, and caring that I felt like I was related to Dr. Tigran. Dr. Khachumyan was concerned about me, the possible consequences of the surgery, and so on. Dr. Tigran also works at the Republican Hospital of Armenia in the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery. Therefore, my surgery was planned there. At Dr. Tigran's personal request, one of the nurses at the Republican Hospital kindly helped me complete all the bureaucratic procedures and medical procedures at the hospital before the surgery as quickly as possible. We chose a room, went with Dr. Tigran to consult with the anesthesiologist, and then went for the surgery. Dr. Tigran and his team had to work on my very complex problem for six hours! During the surgery, Dr. Tigran even ensured that the tampon that had to be left in my sinus was removed later, not through my nose, to reduce the pain and discomfort. After the surgery, I received detailed instructions and was closely monitored by Dr. Tigran for three days in the hospital. After my discharge from the hospital, Dr. Tigran told me to come to his clinic every day for a checkup for 15 days. Every day, he thoroughly examined everything, checked the sutures, the quality of the stitched tissue, and to make sure there was no air leaking through the sutures. He washed my wounds and applied bandages. Every day!!! He even saw me at 10:00 PM so that after eating dinner, I wouldn't be hungry before bed. Dr. Tigran found a medication that isn't sold in Armenia and made bandages for me. This medication helped me heal faster. Ultimately, after two weeks, Dr. Tigran, at my request, removed me from observation, and I went home to Russia. And all this, I should note, happened to me in a foreign country... But I felt right at home. Dr. Tigran instructed me to call him whenever I had any questions about the surgery and if I got sick. So, I remained under remote observation with Dr. Khachumyan. I call him, consult, and receive recommendations. The rehabilitation period is almost over, everything has recovered, there have been no complications – the result is excellent! For such a complex and serious surgery, the doctor's fee was a symbolic sum. Now I need to treat a cavity, and despite the opinion of my friends that I'm "blowing on the water," I'll get ready and go to Dr. Tigran's clinic for treatment. Even if the travel costs are a little higher than at other clinics, I certainly won't find myself in a similar negative situation later, and I certainly won't say, "If I'd known where I'd fall, I would have laid down straw." So there you have it! Dr. Tigran Khachumyan is a highly qualified specialist – a Doctor with a capital D – and a simply wonderful person!!! A huge THANK YOU to you, Dr. Tigran Khorenovich!!!
