continuous use of the aligners and the successive replacements as instructed very seriously. The assistants were also always very attentive, always friendly, and helpful with everything I needed. I came to the clinic on the recommendation of a friend who always had nothing but praise for the doctor, and now I'm the one recommending her to friends. In addition to orthodontic treatment, I had other procedures done and always received clarification regarding the type of treatment indicated, options for my case, what I could expect, and even what wouldn't lead to a good result in my case. I have received all the care I need at the clinic; Dr. Caroline is highly competent, demonstrates technical expertise, and empathy with her patients. I highly recommend her!!!

I am extremely disappointed! I paid R$4,800.00 for teeth alignment treatment in November 2022. In August 2023, my initial treatment aligners ran out. I requested new aligners, and that's when my biggest ordeal began. In September, the aligners weren't ready; in October, they still weren't ready, and I was very understanding. regarding my treatment. They simply forgot about the client, and alignment treatment is serious business. I contacted them in December, reporting their disregard for the client and requesting a refund because my treatment was wasted due to the long delay. The owner contacted me saying she would process the refund, and I've been waiting until now for my money back, and NOTHING! Furthermore, I read the contract now and discovered that a teeth cleaning was included at the beginning of the treatment, which wasn't performed! In other words, I didn't receive the service, and I certainly didn't get my money back! I waited until now to file a complaint here, hoping the company would use some common sense, but they really don't care about the customer at all! I'm filing a lawsuit for all the damages suffered and a complaint with PROCON (Brazilian consumer protection agency)!

They are wonderful, I've been undergoing treatment for a year, and it's perfect, and the results are getting better every day. I highly recommend them.

Excellent emergency care from Dr. Sara, in addition to Dr. Bruno's root canal treatment and Dr. Eduarda's final touch with the placement of the onlay. I was extremely happy with the result.
