ago) Update October 20th 2025: it was such a process to go through and Covid made it difficult for travel. But it was worth everything. My smile is perfect. I’ve had 0 problems. I went recently for my first cleaning, I waited way too long. I was nervous. Despite that they are super healthy and strong. I love my smile and everytime I get a beautiful picture of these teeth, he made me a beautiful,healthy, and strong smile. I’m forever grateful to Dr. Garita.

I know how difficult it is to choose a dentist when having extensive dental work done! I visited with 6 or 7 dentists while in Costa Rica before deciding to have Dr. Garita do full upper and lower implants with zirconia bridges. mouth washes, antibiotics, ice packs and everything I needed to start recuperating. I went home about a week later with temporary teeth and waited for the inplants to be ready for my permenant bridges. I felt that my comfort was as important to the dentist as it was to me. This is something I won't forget! I have crossed the finish line!! I can smile again without wondering what people must think of me. I love the work he did for me and could not be happier with the procedures that let to my beautiful teeth and smile.

them but they still agreed to pick me up and drop me back for free, no issues. Everyone was absolutely lovely and made me feel so at ease. Dr Garita saw me and was completely honest about what I needed doing at the time. He could have charged me more for what needs to be done in the long term but was so honest in saying that he needed to perform a temporary fix in case my teeth move in the mean time and then I'd have to have it all fixed all over again. I appreciated this so much and have had incredible work done by him. Since getting back to the UK I've seen 2 different dentists who have said what amazing work Dr Garita has done. I'm so appreciative of what Dr Garita has done for me as it was a traumatic situation that I went through. Him and his team are unbelievable. If I didn't live so far away I'd be back to have any and every procedure done by Dr Garita, he's incredible!! As are the rest of the team. Thank you so so much!!!

I needed 3 implants and a 15 yo implant that got infected. The complete experience was excellent. The detail expertise and communication was exceptional. The complete staff was wonderful. stitches was missing. Probably from rinsing to hard. He numbed the area and proceeded to do his “magic” using a heavier stitch. All throughout the procedure he kept asking if I felt pain. I forgot just before I left he told me to turn over and gave me. Pain killer Shot in my CoLu. I have never in my life experienced such a dentist that made sure I was comfortable and possessed the skill and expertise he possesses. I am extremely happy with the work Dr Garita did for me and my partner. I received multiple implants and veneers. I have had no problems at all since they were put in. I love my smile and I love that I can finally eat steak again! My back teeth implants are strong and very effective. They feel better than real teeth.
