I had my dental work done here and felt great. The clinic is clean, the equipment looks safe, the dentist is kind and explains every step clearly. It didn't hurt at all.
The doctor gave good advice and brought back some toys for the children.
You can go get your teeth extracted or have your tartar removed. The clinic is clean and the doctor is very gentle. I really recommend you go and give it a try.

We would like to inform the public that this incident did not actually occur at the clinic. The scammers were trying to damage the clinic's reputation. We have filed a police report against this individual and are investigating the individual who posted this to bring them to justice. (Filing a police report on the charge of intentionally introducing false data into a computer system ) Our clinic follows strict and transparent service standards: 1. Before any treatment begins, our dentists always explain the treatment plan, procedure details, and all associated fees clearly to every patient. 2. If a patient is not comfortable or does not agree with the proposed treatment plan, we provide the dental examination free of charge, with no fees of any kind. 3. All dental treatment fees are regulated by the Chiang Mai Provincial Public Health Office, making it impossible for charges to be increased unfairly—such as three times the normal cost, as falsely claimed. We confirm that these claims are entirely untrue. We stand by our commitment to honesty, transparency, and high-quality care for all patients. Inaccurate prices. All I wanted was to fix my teeth, this place took me on a Series of mix messages here and there. The head dentist here is untrustworthy as she doesn’t tell you what’s going on and pushes you to things you don’t want to do. What kind of dentist threatens people with police and the law on Google reviews….. trust me she won’t do anything,(she claims to have a legal team?)…

complete lie, we brought the lawyer to her instead and she was terrified what would happen next….I signed up for Invisalign at the time which was still new technology and I understood the price, however it was clearly all the side, unnecessary and extra for stuff unofficially,(every time you go, they try to upsell even tho you’ve paid them 200,000k it got obvious after a few visits. She is incredible greedy…. I have never felt so uncomfortable as a patient. Should be reported to the Thai medical association, don’t trust some of these other reviews, it seems they are bots and not real. All negatives are real. (If you look carefully at the reviews that are positive, it’s an AI name with 1 review, most of the positives are all these, anyone would notice this. Bit of a shady place. Please sir or madam if you care about your dental work don't come here. You will be left dissatisfied. My family came with a lawyer one day (towards the end of treatment/around year later) as my mother was fed up and the head dentist (owner) was quite shocked this time and quiet, she knew…. She disappeared to the back office after she found out who it was. She abandoned her staff to deal with my parents and the lawyer… However the pressure got to her and she returned some capital and a few final services. Situation sorted. But sad it had to end this way, it’s horrible when a doctor treats their patients this way and all this was super avoidable. It just goes to show what kind of person she is…. I felt great having left as I feel with a doctor there should be a good relationship between the both of you. (For example I have a great GP I still use since I was a kid, that is proper medical service) I found a great new dentist downtown now and have been using them ever since. Thankyou have a good day 😊
