The service was terrible. They quoted 1200 baht for a teeth cleaning over the phone, but once I sat on the cleaning table, the dentist said it would be 1500 baht. The cleaning process was very painful, and even after I told the dentist, they didn't adjust the pressure. A very bad experience; I wouldn't recommend it.

This may be due to the initial communication being unclear. •Price Quoted by Phone: 1,200 Baht is typically applied for cases of mild or routine scaling. •Actual Service Price: Following the on-site assessment by the dentist, it was found that you had a significant amount of tartar which required more time and meticulous care, resulting in the price adjustment to 1,500 Baht. We deeply regret the oversight in not clearly informing you in advance that the price might be adjusted based on the severity of the calculus. However, since you have already paid 1,200 Baht, the difference of 300 Baht will be absorbed by the clinic this time, and you will not be required to pay anything further. 2. Regarding the Pain During Treatment We understand that you felt pain and discomfort during the scaling procedure, which you reported to the dentist but did not receive timely resolution. We are deeply sorry for this. The main cause of the pain was the significant amount of existing tartar, which necessitated the dentist thoroughly removing all deposits. This can sometimes lead to sensitivity or pain during the treatment. Nevertheless, the inability to alleviate your discomfort is considered a service flaw that we will immediately take steps to improve. 3. Our Action Plan and Commitment Your valuable feedback is extremely important to us.
