This clinic is awful, the wait is terrible, the staff keeps everyone waiting and just chats. If it's an emergency, why arrive at 11 am and only leave at 5 pm?

Terrible. I waited since 4:30 PM and was informed that I couldn't be seen due to a technical failure in the system preventing the X-ray machine from operating. An absurdly frustrating experience, especially when we're at work and need to leave.

I was at the Clinoi Itaigara clinic at 10 am and there were about 8 people waiting in line outside, as the clinic doesn't have a waiting area. We stayed in the building's lobby where there are only 2 chairs. Private and priority …

I went there for the first time and I liked it. I received excellent service from Veridiana at reception, as well as from the dentist Dr. Paulo Castro. He is excellent, attentive and helpful. I recommend him!!!!
