The service is good, but the procedures performed are sloppy… I went to another emergency room and managed to resolve two problems in one visit, something I couldn't resolve at this clinic even after going three times.
Unfortunately, the service at Dr. Missimaria Gomes' reception is terrible. They rescheduled my appointment twice and then cancelled it for the third time, saying they didn't have any availability (I believe they did this because it was through my insurance plan). They are inhumane.
I was at Clinoi last Thursday, May 31st, 2035, to have a molar extracted. I confess I was apprehensive and very scared, but I was attended to by a delicate and loving young woman who gave me unparalleled treatment. The space lacks a proper reception area for clients, and the dental chairs don't have adequate partitions for better privacy. The space needs improvement.

I received excellent care from the moment I arrived at reception until the medical appointment. Despite being very afraid of pain, I really enjoyed Dr. Murilo's treatment. His playful and relaxed manner put me at ease regarding the procedure.
I went to the emergency room at Clinoi in the Juventino building and was seen by dentist Bruna Espinheira... my God, what a wonderful dentist! She was super patient with me, calm, and incredibly kind. I have a terrible fear of dental procedures, but she made me leave the clinic feeling reassured. We need more professionals like her!

The waiting area was very uncomfortable, with not enough chairs for the people waiting. It wasn't air-conditioned. The rest of the service was okay.
