waiting, and there were people who had been waiting for almost 2 hours. The last time I experienced this was at a health center. I don't want to blame the professionals, nor can I evaluate the clinical care, as I wasn't even seen. After all, I gave up on the care because I wasn't willing to have the same average waiting time in that place and with the pain I was feeling. No one mentioned it in the previous comments, so I'm saying it now: the clinic doesn't have a waiting room; you will have to wait in the building's courtyard/parking lot. Wear light clothing and use sunscreen. I understand the business owners' point of view regarding future investments and such, but...

I received excellent service, with empathy, politeness, and honesty. Dr. Murilo and Gisele were very kind!
The service provided by Dr. Murilo was spectacular; he put me very calm and gave me a lot of confidence in the boiler. I also thank the receptionist who was very attentive to my situation. I guarantee they are both excellent professionals.

Small clinic, no adequate space for patients, not enough chairs to sit on, absurdly long waiting times, and very indifferent reception staff. Bags with dental equipment were on the floor due to lack of space. I waited for 2 hours and wasn't seen, so I gave up and left. Worse than the public health system (SUS).

another person arrived, and I heard the doctor say, "Everything was so calm..." The receptionist, in turn, asked the patient if it was a private procedure or if she had insurance. When the patient said it was private, the receptionist said, "At least there's that..." In my view, it's as if the clinic gives more importance to patients who are going to have private procedures than to those who have insurance. We know that insurance reimbursements aren't the best. But we also know that this is not the type of subject to be discussed in front of a patient. Totally unethical. I hope you follow this advice.
