A very negative experience. From the start, it seemed like the priority was adding charges rather than clearly explaining the necessary treatment. Charges were included that weren't properly justified, and when we complained, there was no response until we mentioned possible legal action. A disaster bordering on illegality. The clinic billed us for procedures that were never performed (for millions of pesos). Once we realized this (thanks to the clinic), they said it counted as a "future procedure." We complained, but there was no response. They only reacted when we threatened them with legal action. The total amount charged for the core build-ups is COP $3,290,000. We consider this a charge for a procedure that was never performed, which is unacceptable, unethical, and disrespectful to the patient. For this reason, I strongly advise anyone to avoid this clinic at all costs, as they lie, are dishonest, and take advantage of people by charging for procedures they have not performed.
