Excellent experience at Camila Dutra Clinic! Very attentive and humanized service from reception to the procedure. dentist, not my obstetrician (who is not trained to assess teeth). Even so, I went to the trouble of chasing after documents, requesting authorizations, and sending everything they demanded. I did exactly what they asked. Only to hear a "no" a few hours before the appointment because "there was no professional prepared to treat a pregnant woman." Inhumane. Since when does a pregnant woman need a separate specialty for dental care? Can't a pregnant woman have dental treatment? Can't she go through an emergency? A clinic that claims to be renowned prioritized its legal security over treating a patient with pain and fever. Lack of empathy, unpreparedness, and total disregard. And a clear sign of total technical insecurity. Even with medical authorizations and up-to-date exams, they chose not to treat the patient for fear of assuming a responsibility that is part of a dentist's job.
