It has been very pleasant professionally and with the administrative staff, but above all, my doctor Pia, I am very satisfied and happy.
The specialist is very clear, explains things very well, and most importantly, I didn't feel any extreme pain. I recommend him 100%.
My experience has been wonderful, from the reception to the specialists, I am very grateful for their attention and kindness.
Welcoming staff and a very committed and professional dentist, takes the time to get to know the patient to make the experience pleasant.

On September 15, 2025, I went to Dr. Claudia Concha for an orthodontic treatment estimate. At the same center, they took x-rays to get a more complete picture and prepare the estimate. The doctor indicated that I had several cavities between my teeth (8 in total) and that everything had to be cleared before proceeding with the placement of the braces. Luckily, I got a quote from another dental center to compare estimates. I showed the x-rays taken to the other dentist, and he told me that he didn't think those were cavities and that he would prefer to repeat the x-rays at a specialized center for this (Cidcon). Upon reviewing the new x-rays, the doctor confirmed his impressions and told me that of the 8 cavities, only 1 was real. This situation was bad practice, and that they would break my healthy teeth for nothing, damaging my teeth and charging me for something that doesn't exist. Clearly, I didn't receive my treatment at VidaSalud Dental, but I'm leaving this comment so people are aware of these situations. I don't know if it's a bad practice to overcharge or just the dentist's inexperience in reviewing x-rays. But don't just rely on what the center tells you and seek second opinions. _________________________________ Dear all, thank you for your response. I'm adding my comment below since Google won't let me add a separate one. - I emphasize that I went to a center specializing in dental x-rays. The new x-ray with clear images was taken and reviewed by a maxillofacial radiologist. His report indicates the existence of one cavity between the teeth (where it should break) and not the 8 mentioned by the doctor. The review you performed shows blurry and poorly taken images. I don't believe a maxillofacial radiologist is wrong in his report, given such a large difference in cavities. I find it serious that as a team you continue to maintain an erroneous diagnosis.
