My husband went to this clinic for an evaluation. They did everything to get him to sign a contract. I checked the contract and found the prices high. I asked him to cancel it. He went to the clinic before the 7th day and they told him he would have to pay a 20% penalty on the contract and that it would be better for him to go ahead with the procedure. This applies to all our patients, and we make it clear and open for the client to read the entire contract before signing. Regarding the delay in service, we apologize. I went to the clinic and asked for an evaluation. As soon as I was evaluated by the dentist Nathalya Xavier, she told me that I should have 4 wisdom teeth extracted and a cleaning done, quoting everything at R$1,500. I went to the reception and told them I was giving up on the wisdom teeth extraction and deciding to continue only with the cleaning, thinking I would receive a refund for the rest. They called me in immediately for the cleaning, and I went. After the procedure was finished, I told them again about giving up on the other procedure, and they informed me that they could only advise me on Monday because they were closing. They only asked me to sign a paper, which I signed WITHOUT READING, because I thought it was just a receipt for the cleaning procedure I had done. On Monday I returned with my mother, Karina Bandeira, to try to resolve the refund of my Pix payment, and there they informed me that I should wait 7 business days. They told me about a 20% fine and told me to wait to be transferred to the department. I was outraged because the Consumer Protection Code (CDC) protects me in article 49, which gives me a 7-day period to regret purchases of products or services. Since there was a withdrawal at the time of the order, I feel wronged by being charged a fine when no procedure was followed and the late withdrawal request was not even made. At the clinic they didn't have the CDC (Consumer Protection Code), they made me sign a contract that only benefited them, I was mistreated, made to wait hours for someone who "maybe" could solve my problem, in short, the person didn't show up, nobody there solved my problem and I want to register this DISPLEASURE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND OR INDICATE, ABUSIVE PRICES, FINE IN DISAGREEMENT WITH CELSC (Consumer Protection Code) AND UNPREPARED PROFESSIONALS. I will take appropriate measures. Nothing more to declare.
