I congratulate the entire clinic team, especially Dr. Rivas, who was able to resolve a problem my grandmother had that another dermatologist in the city (out of respect, I won't name him) couldn't. He only made her spend money, whereas here, in one consultation, he was able to give an accurate diagnosis. Thank you so much for everything!

I would like to file a complaint with the clinic's appointment management team, as I had issues with my appointment scheduled a month in advance of my appointment with the doctor. The appointment was also confirmed via email. Within a minute of arriving at the clinic, the receptionist informed me that the doctor was not in attendance. which I couldn't answer because they had entered my number incorrectly. They didn't use my email address, which they have correctly to notify me of the appointment change. They didn't use it to notify me that my appointments had been mismanaged and to reschedule in a timely manner. I made arrangements to get to the clinic and be seen, requiring me to take time off work to receive this care, which couldn't be scheduled. Now I have to wait approximately a month for my post-treatment checkup. I hope that this difficulty in synchronizing appointments and timely notification through the patient contact options they have will be addressed, preventing further regrettable situations from occurring. I hope my suggestion is considered.
