I got no results with laser hair removal, and it's anything but painless; it's quite painful. They never applied anything to me, and instead of seeing results, I ended up worse!

Very bad experience with dermatologist Sindi Èañez Aguirre. She was unsympathetic, curt, and didn't even look up to explain treatments when speaking to patients. She seemed annoyed and responded rudely when asked questions. As a pediatric dermatologist, she should be more approachable with children. Not recommended at all.

The truth is, I'm very disappointed. I'm on my fifth laser treatment session for facial blemishes and I'm not happy with the results. I've tried to contact Dr. Rivas but haven't received a response. He had good recommendations, but personally, I'm not satisfied.
