The service was excellent; they treated me very well, they were concerned about my pain and addressed it immediately. Dr. Jorge's care is excellent.
At the Tascón clinic, where I've been a patient for the past 10 years, I've always received excellent treatment. I've returned every year because I've been so satisfied with the treatments. They also keep up with my hygiene appointments, which I attend every six months. I highly recommend them.

Terrible clinic. They called me one day to inform me they were holding a dental cleaning event through my health insurance provider (EPS). They explained that I would receive a free evaluation and cleaning. Since they mentioned my EPS, I accepted and they gave me an appointment. e broken and needed to be repaired. They also supposedly said I had a cavity. So, I asked how much the treatment would cost. First, the person who attended to me added other procedures that, in my opinion, I didn't need. Not including orthodontics (which, they said, was separate), after doing some calculations, they informed me that the total cost was 5 million pesos, but with the supposed EPS discount, it would be 3 million. I told them I didn't have that kind of money and that even if I did, I wouldn't pay that amount. Even so, they kept insisting and asked me if I had a credit card. I replied that I didn't. Then, he offered me his financing plan, which I also refused. He insisted about three more times. After rejecting his absurdly expensive offer, I asked about the free cleaning they had promised me during the initial call. His only response was that I would have to come back at a different time for it, and he simply handed me a piece of paper, even though the appointment included both the evaluation and the cleaning. Days later, I went to my trusted dentist, who confirmed that I didn't have any new cavities. End of story. Don't go to this place if you don't want to waste your time or pay exorbitant prices for unnecessary treatments.

Hello I currently live abroad and heard about Bancolombia's dental insurance. I had an emergency in Colombia and visited Clínica Tascón: a wonderful experience, both professionally and with charismatic service. 10 out of 10 and congratulations to the entire Tascón team. From the receptionist (Karina, 15/10) to the last person I was fortunate enough to receive their services and expertise from.
Very satisfied; my overall experience in this clinic was great and fast. The clinic was always clean and I feel confident all the time during my dental implant visits.
