I am so grateful for their care. I sent them a Whatsap at 3:30am in extreme pain asking for an appointment. In the morning they reached out to me and made time to see me. Simply fantastic! Excellent dental experts, and a helpful, kind administrative team. Despite being v busy, the practice was able to find me the necessary appointments for a semi-urgent issue. Dr Silvestre was fantastic at explaining, then resolving the problem I had. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Superb.

I'm undergoing Invisalign treatment with Dr. Cristina and I couldn't be happier with all the support and care throughout the process, and also with the results! During this process, I had to undergo a minor surgery with Dr. Sancho, and everything went beautifully!

and I don't have positive memories of the first one. I am here to testify about the best team of dentists I have ever met: the team at São Dente, which is located near Rua de São Bento. With Dr. Sancho Silvestre and his other doctors, I discovered that there is a human being under a professional uniform, who goes to extremes to avoid causing pain to the patient, who repeatedly asks us if he is causing discomfort with the treatment, and who reaches true levels of excellence in the practice of the art and in the manipulation of instruments in order to cure the identified pathologies or simply to ensure the regular maintenance of dental health. What can't you guess? It's a relentless pursuit of the latest advancements in oral cavity intervention techniques, coupled with continuous investment in high-quality, durable biological instruments and materials—which are therefore more expensive—as well as the demanding maintenance of available equipment. The result? A unique experience, one that one hopes to repeat, and in which, looking back, one realizes that... I fell asleep in the chair (how?), during the procedure.

I had my teeth whitened at Clínica São Dente 5 years ago, and when people ask me which whitening treatment I had, I always recommend Clínica São Dente! This clinic has new equipment (every time I go there I find something new) and a super dynamic team of doctors!

I really liked going to this clinic but it has changed in a way that I decided to go elsewhere. First of all, when the dentist I have trusted left, they gave me an appointment with another dentist and told me the previous dentist is doing a masters degree. experience with her - my anaesthesia didn't work and I almost jumped off the chair during the procedure. We tried to reapply and resolve the situation, but in the end I had to leave with things unresolved and come back a second time. I was charged the full price for both sessions with no concession made to compensate also for the bad experience I had. Now they have reorganized their processes in a way that a different dentist does the check-up than the dentist that will treat, and I was again told my appointment would be with a new person, a hygienist. For me healthcare is a matter of trust and getting handed around between two different dentists is not what I want and I have never heard about this in other clinics. unfortunately I can no longer recommend Clinica Sao Dente.

I was treated urgently when I was on holiday in Lisbon and now that I have moved here, they are my dentist of choice. They are very attentive, take great care and are all very friendly. After a phone call to a Swiss number, my wife and I found ourselves with outrageous bills and charges such as (application of topical medication) in a 15-minute destratification, among other treatments that were never performed. It's not easy being an immigrant, shameful!

I would highly recommend this clinic! They provide excellent service at an affordable price. Also worth mentioning that all of the dentists speak English which makes the appointments easier if you’re from another country like me.
