I also called the clinic directly, and they confirmed the offer but said they rent out their facilities to other professionals. A very professional place, they cleared up my doubts.
They called me offering a consultation and cleaning, only to end up offering their services. Not only that, but the advisor who assisted me was incredibly uncomfortable. He insisted I sign up for the plan that day, and he was so pushy. They even called me a child for saying I was going to consult with my partner. I left when the advisor wasn't looking.
