I had invisible orthodontics with Dr. Alberto Guerrero and I'm more than satisfied with the result. Even though I'm done, I'll never stop coming back and recommending him.

There are two types of dentists: those who try to help you within your means, and those who just want you to spend as much money as possible. Unfortunately, at this clinic, I encountered the latter. y what I was asking for and its feasibility. However, here, the first thing they did was insist on doing an unnecessary X-ray, even though I told them I'd already had several and the problem was visible to the naked eye. They made me wait an hour, only to finally hear the following from the dentist: that what I was asking for was "impossible" and that the only solution was orthodontics costing over €5,000 over two years. When I explained that other dentists had offered me a quote, and had even performed the procedure successfully and lastingly in the past, his response was categorical: he did NOT want to do it. It didn't matter that I needed a temporary, realistic, and affordable solution to prevent further wear and tear. It didn't matter that my financial situation didn't allow me to afford such a long and expensive treatment at this time. The only thing that mattered was having to choose the most expensive option. The result: I underwent more radiation with a useless X-ray, was an hour late to my appointment, which ruined my afternoon, and left without any solution. Two days later, at another clinic (Adeslas), they performed the exact treatment that was described here as "impossible," quickly and efficiently. For 75 euros. I was extremely happy and know this saves me time for more definitive solutions. This clinic isn't looking for patients; it's looking for clients to burden with inflated budgets. If you don't have bottomless pockets, they're simply not interested in you. Update after the clinic's response 09/16/2025 Hello, thank you for your response. Precisely because of what you confirmed, my point is clear: I went to your clinic, they made me wait an hour, performed an unnecessary X-ray (that's a procedure, even though they now try to minimize it), and, after that, I was denied the treatment I requested. That's enough to speak truthfully about my experience as a patient at your facility. Saying that "I was never a patient" is an attempt to delegitimize my review, which doesn't correspond to reality: I was in your office, received care—or rather, a refusal—and left without any solution. That's being a patient, even if you try to disguise it as something else. Regarding the "bold self-diagnosis": what I requested was not a figment of my imagination, but a simple, viable procedure that had already been performed successfully at other clinics, and in fact, it was performed again two days later without any problems. Your doctor told me that "there was no room to put the equipment." Well, it turns out there was, because I already have it in place. Calling it impossible only demonstrates your lack of will, not feasibility. And as for the phrase "tripping over the same stone twice," I find it an unfortunate comment and unbecoming of a professional response. Patients are not stones, nor is your office there to mock those seeking a reasonable solution tailored to their budget. I repeat: in the real world, not all of us can afford a very expensive definitive solution. Perhaps the professionals you work with make a lot of money by performing expensive and unnecessary treatments and can afford it. Not me. In short: in my experience, your clinic did not seek to help me or adapt to my needs, but rather to impose its criteria and make me waste time, money, and health. That's why my review stands, and I stand by it.

First of all, we would like to mention that we have never performed any dental treatment on you nor provided you with any estimate at our clinic. You came to us in August 2025 requesting a treatment that we do not want to perform, as it is not a correct treatment according to our medical criteria. Self-diagnosis without knowledge is presumptuous in medicine. What you wanted was for us to repeat a reconstruction that had already failed at another clinic you visited. And it wasn't the first time. They say that man is one of the few animals that stumbles over the same stone twice. We informed you that we did not want to do that, and we did not even provide you with any estimate, nor was money ever discussed. We respect your decision to see other colleagues, but we do not understand your review, nor do we agree with it, as you have never been our patient. As you say, there are two types of dentists: those who think about what's best for their patients and those who think about their daily earnings. We aim to be among the former. However, we leave the door open should you decide to return and resolve your problem in a more definitive way than what your initial diagnosis suggests. Best regards.

I've been coming to Qdental for over 22 years and I keep coming back because they are excellent professionals, kind, and good people. I have implants done by Dr. Sergio de La Torre and they look like my own teeth. And when he did them, I didn't feel any pain at all. Also, Maribel and Maria are lovely. I had my wisdom teeth removed and started invisible orthodontic treatment, and I'm amazed that the extractions didn't hurt at all and also at how much the braces are changing my smile. Plus, everyone there is super friendly.

I'd give them 7 stars if I could! In parts: Alberto, a great dentist, an even better person! He gave me Invisalign and is a true professional. Alazne, as nice as a loaf of bread.
