I would like to express my great gratitude to Dr. Amanda. Yesterday I had my wisdom teeth removed, and I was very nervous because I don't like dentists due to previous traumas. Pros: Wonderful place, I love coming to this clinic. Attentive professionals, clean and organized place. Cons: 1- They need to improve their WhatsApp service; sometimes it takes too long for them to respond. 2- The water from the water fountain is always lukewarm. Other than that, it's wonderful!

Contact phone number via WhatsApp is just for show. Nobody answers, they don't pick up calls.
I had an appointment for orthodontics with dentist Atanazia Chagas at 8:00 AM. I arrived punctually, even minutes before the scheduled time of 8:00 AM. Dentist Atanazia arrived at 8:35 AM, cut in line, and let another person go ahead of her. The receptionist went to inform her, but she simply ignored him. Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was not the best. I had an appointment scheduled for September 21st, 2023 at 3:30 PM. I arrived at the clinic at 3:20 PM. The receptionist looked surprised when I told her the name of the professional who was supposed to see me, considering she wasn't at the clinic for personal reasons. the appointment, and I showed her my last conversation with the clinic. The only thing the receptionist said was "I am so-and-so," shook my hand, and even "warned" me that it would be good practice to contact the clinic to find out if I would have the appointment or not. Can you believe that? She didn't try to reschedule, she didn't check if there was another professional available. I just wasted time and gas.

The professionals seem to be highly qualified, but I didn't like the way they scheduled my appointment. I sent a request to the clinic's number to have a filling done because my front tooth was broken. When I arrived with the dentist, I informed him again that I was there to resolve this filling issue. I even scheduled the new appointment, but I was extremely dissatisfied because it's not easy for me to get time off work. I went to another place after leaving there and had the procedure I wanted done, also through the plan. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
