*Suggestion:* If the appointment is scheduled for 2 PM, the reception should open earlier. Because if the client arrives a little before 2 PM, they have to wait outside. As it is now, it's not worth arriving early or being punctual… At least the reception should open 15 minutes earlier.

This ensures that everything is organized to receive patients calmly and that the professional can call them at the correct time for their appointment. Even so, your suggestion is very welcome and will be carefully considered, always seeking to improve the experience of everyone who visits our unit. I received excellent service, right on time. I really liked the receptionist and the dentists, and the clinic is very clean and organized. I will always return.
I had my full dental implant prosthesis done by Dr. Marcelo, I regret not having done it sooner, besides it looking so beautiful, I can now taste food. I feel happy to take pictures, my life has changed for the better and I even managed to get it done with a discount directly from my retirement pension, they made it much easier which made me even happier and I was able to get my implant.
The initial service is good, but then you discover they don't accept your insurance plan for certain situations, even if your plan covers the procedure. They want cash upfront; I'm not going back. And they even have the nerve to want me to go back for another evaluation.
The plans cover implants and dental crowns, but they don't perform the procedures.

Thank you for your feedback. 😊 Regarding the crown, the plans cover the metal crown according to the basic ANS list, however we do not use this type for aesthetic reasons, as we work with more modern and natural options. Dental implants are not part of the basic ANS list, therefore they are not covered. For more details, we recommend consulting your plan directly. We are at your disposal! 🦷✨

The first and last time I went to the clinic, the doctor quoted me a price for just the removal of the braces. I made it clear that I only wanted that procedure. She even offered a cleaning, but I said I didn't want it. I even asked directly if the removal of the braces would also remove the glue that remains on the teeth, and she confirmed that it would. no need for a cleaning. However, at the time of payment, the price for the removal of the braces was charged along with the price for the cleaning. When I questioned this, I was informed that to remove them, a cleaning to remove the glue was necessary, which contradicts what had been said in the examination room. Furthermore, I sought another evaluation later and was informed that my teeth have enamel wear, possibly due to improper or excessive use of the drill during the removal, including a crack in one of the teeth.
