Not professional at all, they couldn't identify the problems efficiently, the environment was disorganized. We had problems with communication and the treatment process. (After this assessment, they contacted us to resolve the issue)

Dirty environment, doctor's lab coat stained, hot room (the air conditioning was broken), agreed on one consultation fee and then another different amount was charged at the time.
