Dr. Rodrigo is an excellent professional, highly skilled, clear, and objective. I recommend him without hesitation; both he and his assistant have always treated me very well and provided excellent service. I can only express my gratitude!
Excellent service! Dr. Rodrigo is always very attentive and patient.
My first consultation with Dr. Rodrigo was 22 years ago. An ethical, responsible, didactic, and attentive professional, I always recommend him to my relatives and acquaintances. A highly qualified professional, dedicated to clearly explaining each procedure, he calms any patient who has a fear of dental offices. He is on my list of great professionals as the only one in this area.
I booked an appointment through the HAPVIDA app, and when I arrived they said they didn't accept the plan. How was the doctor's clinic listed on the app? No solution was offered, a complete disregard... and they even RESCHEDULED my appointment for a much later date than the one I chose.

Dear Ana Clara, I have never, ever accepted that health insurance plan. I honestly don't know what the confusion was on your part, but I assure you it was entirely your mistake.
Dentist Rodrigo Porto extracted my three wisdom teeth in the second half of the year, it was impressive 😁. After going through a horrible experience with another dentist who took more than 4 hours to extract just one wisdom tooth. He has a heavy hand when applying anesthesia, but that's not a problem. atmosphere made me feel awkward asking to go to the bathroom. So I think it would be interesting to ask the patient if they need to go to the bathroom, if they need water. Because extracting teeth fills the bladder and makes you want to go to the bathroom. And I felt embarrassed to ask to go to the bathroom. People, don't do that, if you need to go to the bathroom, ask!! Thank you.
Dr. Rodrigo, a man of few words and not very friendly, could compensate for this with excellent service, but that's not the case, as my appointment was canceled at the last minute twice, and the excuse is always the same: "Dr. Rodrigo had a personal emergency." I am a human being like any other, who goes through unforeseen events or family emergencies. When I asked my secretary to reschedule your appointment, I asked her to move your consultation forward, but you did not accept the proposed time. I have always treated my patients with great respect and consideration. But it is clear that lately, human beings have only looked at their own navel, not caring about the situation of others. We always want to solve our problems in the most convenient way, not caring about the problems of others. Thank God, I have patients who are loyal and deserving of my professionalism. Before being frivolous in your words, try to understand the real reasons for the situations. Life is not summarized in situations interpreted in such simplistic ways. If there is any advice I can offer you, it would be to love your neighbor more and respect them.

Dear Vitor, appointments are not cancelled by our clinic, but rather rescheduled due to particular needs or extreme urgency. The problem arises when the patient lacks understanding regarding other people's problems.
Dr. Rodrigo was very attentive and explained the entire procedure beforehand. I was very pleased.

I really like the clinic because it's easy to find and the service is excellent. Dr. Rodrigo is calm and performs procedures quickly and with great care, the dental assistant is very polite, helpful, and always greets me with a smile.
