As soon as I left and looked in the mirror, I noticed that my teeth still had dark stains (which had always been completely removed in previous cleanings done by other dentists). I had to return to the clinic, pay for parking again, and wait another 20 minutes to be seen. Even after the second attempt, the stains remained. To make matters worse, the dentist asked, "Is there anywhere else that bothers you?", when she should have identified the problem herself and ensured the effectiveness of the service. I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the service and the care provided. I leave here my advice for future patients: do not pay in advance. Pay only as the procedures are performed. I request action be taken regarding the poor service and, if possible, a refund for the cleaning service that was not performed properly.

I was just wondering if it's standard practice for the receptionist to send messages with heart emojis, or if it was a one-off thing.
