Excellent service with my 3-year-old. Dr. Ana Cláudia is super caring and patient. The receptionists are also very kind and polite. Great service.

The worst possible experience. Unprepared dentists. A dentist scheduled a wisdom tooth extraction for my daughter without speaking to the surgeon, and at the time of the surgery, the surgeon said a CT scan was needed. I returned the same day at the receptionist's request to request the refund, and once again, she was incompetent in handling the process. At NOF Odontologia, we always prioritize the safety and well-being of our patients, and therefore we follow strict protocols in all procedures. In this case, the patient was initially evaluated by our clinical dentist, who requested a panoramic radiograph — the most common examination and generally sufficient for analyzing third molar extractions. Due to scheduling difficulties, the surgery was scheduled for the same date the surgeon would evaluate the patient. On the day of the procedure, after a clinical examination, the surgeon deemed it necessary to request a complementary tomography scan to ensure greater predictability and safety in the surgery, which is why the procedure was not performed at that time. We understand the frustration caused, but we emphasize that this conduct prioritized avoiding any unnecessary risk to the patient. Regarding the refund, our administrative department processed the procedure on the next business day and sent proof of the request. However, the timeframe for the credit to appear on your statement depends exclusively on the card issuer, and the clinic has no control over this process. We have been in the dental market for 19 years and remain committed to providing responsible, ethical, and safe care. I called and scheduled an appointment through OdontoPrev, but upon arrival, I was informed that fillings and other procedures would have to be paid for separately, privately, not through the plan.
