I went to get an implant done, I paid for the procedure, but they didn't have the necessary equipment. They wanted to remove the implants I already have with pliers, even though they need to use tools. I spoke to another dentist here in Campinas about this, and he said that's not possible; you need tools. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!
