I've been several times and had multiple treatments done. They're always very kind and careful with each treatment, attentive to any discomfort I might have. e material's composition caused hypersensitivity in all my teeth because when they performed the procedure (Dr. Belén Stocker), it felt like they had put something very cold in my teeth that penetrated to the root, like when you say "I got air in my mouth." It was like putting ice on a wound. I was like that for about three months. I went back several times to find a solution to the problem. Dr. Stocker told me she didn't know what was causing the hypersensitivity and that she would look into it and send me the solution by mail, which never arrived. So I decided to leave that clinic because I wasn't satisfied with the procedure. I wanted a refund of the money I had paid in advance—just the advance, not the money used for the procedures up to that point. I called several times, and the answer was always no. I filed several complaints with SERNAC (Chile's National Consumer Service), but they were never able to locate the company because CLÍNICA ESPAÑA's tax ID number is registered as a livestock company. They were notified, but there was never any response. Today I tried again, calling to ask them to please refund my money. I begged the secretary because, honestly, I need my money back. She replied that there were no refunds, that this was explained at the time of payment (they never did that), that her boss wouldn't return my money, that I could do whatever I wanted, that if I wanted I could go talk to him, but that the answer would be the same. She wouldn't give me the owner's name (I assume it's THE owner, because she always referred to HIM). I tried to explain the error in her actions, but she insisted there was no error. I told her my situation was bad, that I needed money, that maybe she would understand: She said, "If you knew how much I earn, you'd be shocked and you'd love to earn what I earn." What a shame, right? Never go to that clinic! They're hiding something. They must know there's an error in their procedures, that the clinic's tax ID number belongs to a different company. There must be something shady going on there. The receptionist must be prepared for these complaints; there must be several of them, and she's trained to handle them.
Excellent service from all the professionals there, especially Dr. Claudio Gonzales, who provides excellent care and is very patient with his patients.
