I would like to express my praise for the excellent service at the clinic. From reception to the dentist appointment, I was treated with great attention, respect, and professionalism. The team demonstrated care, organization, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of patients. The environment was clean, pleasant, and welcoming. Without a doubt, a very positive experience. We became aware of the situation involving patient Emilly Jamilly Araújo Nunes, where we performed all the necessary procedures to resolve the problem. However, the professional who attended her explained the following situation: “The patient reported having undergone a root canal on tooth #26 and was experiencing intense pain that did not subside with medication, as well as spontaneous pain. She also reported pain from hot/cold. I asked if she had taken any medication, and she said she had taken nimesulide and ibuprofen, but that she was still unable to sleep for days. I took an x-ray, and there is no periapical lesion of the tooth, but there is a deep restoration. I promptly offered the option of endodontic access or extraction. However, the patient did not want to reach an agreement and requested a refund for the treatment, which had already been performed.” Therefore, we cannot refund the costs of procedures already performed with the patient's knowledge. Today, we are the highest-rated clinic on Google in the entire state of Rio Grande do Norte, so we value excellent service, quality procedures, and all this at a fair price.
