The clinic's service is great!! I was well attended to by all the staff, particularly by the head dentist, who has been doing my treatment in the best possible way and with extreme dedication. I really liked the clinic overall. The receptionist is very proactive, talks to me, and provides all the necessary information in a very objective way. Drs. Leonor and Marina are very attentive, which makes a big difference in the service and in my understanding of what is happening during the treatment.
I made 3 wasted trips. In addition, the receptionist sends all messages by audio, something I've never seen in a clinic. Not everyone has the availability to listen to audio during business hours. take my results from one clinic to another. The clinic is disorganized because one dentist does fillings, and the other does cleanings. There was no proper communication. I went one day just to say that I have to schedule with the other dentist. Why not just give the radiograph to the one who does fillings? I left the radiograph for the dentist to supposedly study the fillings she would do and... I got there and she hadn't even touched the radiograph (note that I left the radiograph for a week for her to do that). So, on the day I was supposed to have the fillings done, she hadn't seen anything of my radiograph, there wasn't enough time because she had another patient afterwards (and what about me, right...). We rescheduled for another day and guess what: she had to cancel. In short: the clinic thinks we're so idle that we can listen to audio recordings all the time, deliver test results, and go there 500 times. I won't go back and I don't recommend it.
I do not recommend! The dentist lacks professionalism, mixing her personal and professional life. On the two occasions I scheduled and confirmed in advance, and arrived punctually, the "Dr." simply decided to leave the office early to "attend to her personal needs" and did not perform the consultation without a plausible justification.
Dentist Eleonor is exceptional. My treatment was completed in one year, just as she had predicted. My teeth are perfectly straight and beautiful. She is very honest about the progress of the treatment and responsible with her patients. I highly recommend her.
I'm in the process of getting the paperwork done! The secretary is super polite and provides all the necessary information about the treatment. The clinic has a cozy, organized, and hygienic environment, and it's very peaceful thanks to the super professional, delicate, and attentive doctor who talks to you without rushing, explaining in detail how your entire dental procedure will be.
