Very efficient service. The receptionist, Fabrícia, was very helpful and charismatic. Dr. Leonor, besides being a very elegant woman, is extremely direct and sincere with the patient. There is a careful effort to avoid exposing the patient to more invasive and sometimes unnecessary procedures, but all options are always presented.
