Excellent care. After a dental disaster at another hospital when someone claimed to be qualified to extract my wisdom teeth, but wasn't, they helped me quickly, efficiently, and very professionally. I am very happy with their care and hospitality. Good care is worth traveling for.

ed the wonderful Ana, the doctor's right-hand woman; Marcelo for orthodontics; Mateo for the three root canals that were necessary to save my teeth; and Lorena, excellent in her field, periodontics. Her expertise was essential, as my gums were severely damaged and required a graft. The process has been long and tedious, involving many visits to the clinic over the last few months, but it has been worth it. The results are incredible. Dr. Rafael knows exactly what he's doing, and my case wasn't easy; I think it was a challenge for everyone involved. Who would have thought I'd be able to smile again? Honestly, for several days I thought I'd never be able to smile again and that I'd never feel "pretty" again. And Dr. Rafael has given me back my smile. I am eternally grateful today and always for him making this miracle possible. I just left the clinic with my four beautiful, perfectly done porcelain veneers, and I couldn't be happier, after almost four months of uncertainty, pain, discomfort, and feeling unattractive… Dr. Rafael is an expert in cosmetic dentistry and handled my case perfectly. I went to see you for a broken and painful tooth, to have an implant placed. You didn't listen to me, saying that you were the specialist and that the pain was coming from the adjacent tooth, which you then ordered to have a root canal…

On the day of the surgery, the dentist was very clear in telling you that if there was pain, the implant screw couldn't be placed that same day as the tooth extraction, and you insisted that the pain wasn't from that tooth, completely ignoring what I had told you. The tooth was extracted with a large granuloma, and the screw was placed. The dental pain disappeared, transforming into unbearable facial pain unlike anything I had ever experienced. A month after this, I had a second root canal. Incidentally, without consulting me, you reduced the internal wall of my tooth, which had maintained its original size despite having had a root canal 20 years prior. This caused me constant discomfort in my tongue and mobility in my lower tooth. For three months, I cried and begged for help with the pain in my cheekbone. Three months later, to everyone's surprise, the surgeon was unaware of my case. She was the one who referred me to a facial pain specialist, who diagnosed me with trigeminal neuralgia. At no point have I received a refund, contrary to what you're trying to imply. You only reimbursed me for the cost of the second root canal to have my tooth sealed again at another clinic because it had reopened. A year has passed since then, and you haven't contacted me at all, demonstrating a complete lack of empathy for your patient and a complete failure to listen. No one knows better than the patient what they feel and what hurts. Thank you for causing me a lifelong injury. I'm not listening to myself. I remind you that the meeting with the specialists was three months later because my husband went to speak with you. Going to your clinic was the worst decision of my life.

Ms. Deborah, I want to clarify that your case was managed in a multidisciplinary manner from the beginning, with different endodontic specialists and a periodontist. You were interested in having an implant placed, and during the evaluation, we observed that your restorations were not in good condition. Indeed, there was a defective root canal, so you were referred to the endodontist. There was also a tooth with a lesion (granuloma) in addition to multiple restorations in very poor condition. Given your pain, I remind you that we met on several occasions, and the three specialists decided to refer you to the orofacial pain specialist, who prescribed a treatment for neuropathic pain management. After this, I called you to check on your progress. I also contacted the pain specialist, who recommended that no treatment was appropriate at this time. The same doctor told us that you were progressing well. "We were closely monitoring your case." Given all this, unfortunately, you expressed complete distrust of us and decided to go to another clinic to have your root canal completed. But, well, you are the patient, and you are the one who expressed your feelings. We did everything that needed to be done. I remind you that you were already undergoing treatment in very poor condition. Furthermore, the doctor specializing in orofacial pain was very clear in stating that your pain was not due to any malpractice.
I've been seeing the clinic for many years. It's the best! Why do I keep coming back? The care is very pleasant, they're very professional, they provide extraordinary follow-up, they explain everything very well, their facilities are impeccable, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I'm happy to trust Natural Smile with my dental health and my smile!

There's no better in the capital. Dr. Gasca and his assistants are the best in Panama. You can go there with your eyes closed and your mouth open.
