Excellent experience. Kind staff, great advice from the dentist. He was the first I’ve gone to in Barcelona to honestly assess my teeth without upselling me unneeded extras or procedures. Extremely professional. Karen was excellent during my cleaning and very kind. Will recommend to others!

One of the best clinics I've ever been to. The medical team, in this case Karen (the receptionist) and Manuel (the dentist), are always pleasant and super willing to explain everything, which, as a curious person, I love. I always feel happy when I leave the clinic :D

I just called to schedule a dental cleaning through my insurance and they told me I absolutely have to have a separate appointment beforehand. I only want the cleaning, not any appointment at all; I already have a regular dentist. I'm going to file a complaint with my insurance company.

receptionist they should have warned me about it; I didn't even know the amount! They charged me €40 for an estimate. Obviously, I paid it, but I won't be going back. I think it's wrong that they don't notify you; it's not a job, it's a visit to explain their treatments and their prices. I think if they do that on a first visit, what can you expect with the treatment itself? The estimate they give you initially might end up growing and growing. It's all a shame... Anyway...

Honestly, this is the best clinic I've ever visited. The staff is very professional and friendly. They solve any problem, and above all, they are highly qualified. A special thanks to the doctor in the hygiene department. She advised me on how to clean my teeth and gave me an impeccable cleaning. I give her a 10.
