I was going to get a mouthguard for my bruxism. The insurance approved it, more than a MONTH passed, and NO ONE contacted me to schedule an appointment. If I hadn't asked why it took so long, I wouldn't have found out that the clinic itself forgot to call me. It's regrettable.
