Since moving from São Paulo five years ago, I've been receiving my treatments from Dr. Kamilla. I've always been well taken care of, and in terms of service, everyone has treated me satisfactorily. A relationship of trust is very important, and in this clinic I feel safe to undergo the necessary procedures.

She can be a great professional if you pay privately, but with the health insurance, there was negligence towards my husband. The appointment was scheduled more than a month in advance and confirmed the day before by the secretary, however, with 1 hour to go before the appointment, with my husband already on his way to the office, the doctor called to inform us that she would no longer accept…

his insurance plan. Total negligence and lack of manners. She should have warned us beforehand that she would not accept the insurance. Very disappointed. She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.
