Clínica Humana is a very pleasant place, with a very complete team of professionals concerned with the well-being and needs of each patient. In particular, Dr. Kellen is extremely attentive, listens to our wishes, and carries out projects in a professional and dedicated manner. I recommend her for aesthetic and dental treatments. The clinic is super welcoming, everyone there deserves praise. Dr. Kellen is a sweetheart, she explains everything calmly, answered all my questions, and made me feel very confident about undergoing the procedures. She clarified every detail. The clinic is very welcoming, I was very happy with the care from Dr. Kellen. I had already seen other dentists but my pain never decreased. Now I'm undergoing treatment for TMJ and I'm feeling much better.

The first time I saw her, I thought the doctor was nice. But I realized the treatment was absurdly expensive, which disappointed me. I paid for treatment for my daughter, and Dr. Kellen didn't even notice that my daughter's last tooth is erupting in the upper gum, which is, colloquially speaking, like an impacted tooth. It was 8 fillings, and I paid R$3,950 in cash. She only cares about money.…

There were still teeth left that needed treatment; I don't know if they're cavities, but I needed to check. She made a point of saying she's a teacher, poor students. I wear dentures, and she sent her assistant to do a cleaning that cost R$380.00, and I didn't see anything different. I mentioned a tooth that had a veneer done elsewhere and had a bad smell. She said everything was fine. After about 20 days, the veneer fell out, and I had to find another professional. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. The clinic is called Humana (Human), but that doesn't match the treatment I received. Terrible professional.

I even discharged your daughter in May, and there were no questions. She reported that she was satisfied with the entire treatment, and I reinforced that if she felt any discomfort or inconvenience, she should contact us, and I would promptly attend to her. Regarding your report about the cleaning and veneer, my dental hygienist (assistant) only cleaned your prosthesis, and I performed your periodontal scaling. I advised on the need for a new veneer, but you preferred to postpone it, prioritizing your daughter's treatment. I apologize if I did not meet your expectations, and I am available to assist you and answer any questions. We tried several times after the treatment was completed, but received no response via messages or calls.
Excellent facilities and everyone is very attentive. Wisdom tooth extraction isn't easy, but the team's experience and attentiveness make the procedure much easier.
