The clinic is disorganized, with a 2 hour and 30 minute wait for a 15-minute appointment. They schedule so many patients for the same time that there aren't enough seats, and many end up waiting standing. Prices increase without any improvement in quality. When I ask about the progress of my orthodontic treatment, the dentist seems confused and doesn't know how to answer, which makes me doubt…

I was very pleased and felt welcomed because I was very afraid to undergo the procedure, but I received such a welcoming and humanized treatment that I went through it calmly.
