Terrible service. After waiting more than 15 days for an appointment, I was informed via WhatsApp days before the appointment that my time slot had been filled and that I would have to reschedule. I asked when I could reschedule, but received no response. Therefore, I was informed that it would be rescheduled for a week after the date I had already scheduled (almost a month's wait) and that if I wanted immediate service, I should contact them by phone. The error was not mine, so the minimum expected from the company would be quality service to try to resolve the error caused by the lack of organization in the scheduling. If scheduling an appointment is this disrespectful, I don't even want to experience the rest of the service.

Terrible clinic! If you're in a hurry for any treatment, forget it. Rest assured that we value our clients, which is why we've been in business for 5 years and have a demand that's even greater than we can handle. This may have been one of the reasons this happened. In fact, if you call your insurance company, you'll see that we're one of the few clinics they recommend for treatment due to the quality of our dental treatments; we have specialists in all areas. minutes before... It was almost 9 am and they still hadn't called me. I asked the receptionist, and she said the dentist's chair was broken. If I hadn't asked, I probably would have stayed there until noon without an explanation, even though it was during my work hours. I left because I had to go to work without getting my cleaning. I won't use them anymore. I pay 45 reais for a cleaning plan only once a year, and they schedule appointments and then can't attend to me. They lost a customer.

(Thursday), the answer was no. Then I asked if there was one on Friday, the answer was no. Then I asked if there was any time the following week, and the woman said no. Then I asked if there was any time, any day, to schedule an appointment. The receptionist replied: "Madam, as I informed you before, we do not have any times for walk-ins." I was very embarrassed and upset by the situation. At no time did I ask for a walk-in appointment; I wanted a consultation and to try to resolve my problem. Does the clinic have some kind of pre-established client profile to get an appointment? I don't work with clients, but I think this is not the best way to receive someone who has never been to the establishment. It's fine not to have a set schedule, but you could at least have the courtesy to check your calendar and see if you have any openings on any given day.
