Terrible, absolutely terrible service. Don't go to this clinic. They forced my teeth until they couldn't anymore. They were all sticking out, then they tried to push them back in. In total, they pulled out eight teeth, leaving them with inward-pointing teeth and extreme mobility. They knew I had short roots, but they just kept pulling and pulling. previous one did, but it's irreparable. My gums are extremely swollen, and my lower front teeth have grade 2 mobility! My retainers broke three times, and then they wanted to charge me to fix them. Seriously, they're outrageous. The worst experience of my life. It was a dream to have beautiful teeth. Now, my upper teeth are moving as if I never had braces. I went to another place, and they told me they couldn't move them any further! It's horrible; I've cried so much about all of this.

About two months ago, I had a resin filling placed on one of my teeth. It came loose after a couple of days, and they repaired it free of charge. A few days ago, it came loose again. It's a shame to pay for such a poorly done service. Even though they took responsibility the first time (which I think is what they should have done), it was still a bad procedure.
I went for my first orthodontic treatment, they had to extract two molars, and when they were extracting one of them laterally they did it so hard that they broke a tooth next to it; they charge you double for everything.
I went for a cleaning and diagnostic appointment that included an X-ray, and I thought that because of the low price, it would be a basic, rushed service, but I was wrong. They were punctual, friendly, and very professional. Excellent service from the receptionist to the doctor. me off. Dr. Camila answered absolutely all my questions (and I had many) and explained everything in detail. As I was leaving, they explained the estimate to me item by item, offering the best price I've seen for those of us with Fonasa (Chile's public health insurance). Plus, the place is nice and clean. I recommend it 100%.
No words can describe the excellence and perfectionism! The service is unbeatable; you simply must experience it for yourself.
